Solicitors willing to help Prospect

Solicitors in Swindon have signed up to a scheme to raise vital cash for Wroughton's Prospect Hospice.

For the next month Andrews Martin, on Commercial Road, is offering a basic will writing service for free. In exchange, anyone taking up the generous offer will have to make a donation to Prospect.

"We write a lot of wills and I personally spend a lot of time visiting elderly people in hospital and at Prospect to write wills," said Patricia Martin, a partner at the company.

"When Prospect approached us with this idea we signed up straight away.

"What we are offering is a basic will writing service in exchange for the donation - anything more technical will include a charge.

"But we also, as a firm, like to put something back into the community. And this seemed to be a great way of doing just that."
