Surveyors appoint specialist to team

Newport based chartered surveyors Hutchings & Thomas has strengthened its professional team with the appointment of a specialist surveyor. Andrew Beale, who joins the firm from Atisreal, has an extensive knowledge-base across private and public sectors. He will specialise in landlord and tenant work.

The Cardiff University marine geography graduate, who is studying for an MSc in surveying from the College of Estate Management, spent four years with the Valuation Office Agency in Newport and two with Bridgend County Borough Council as a general practice surveyor.
