Berkeley James adds Goldsmith Williams tracking system

Mortgage packager Berkeley James has signed a deal with solicitors Goldsmith Williams, and out sourced all its conveyancing work.

Brokers with Berkeley James will be able to track cases online in real time through Goldsmith Williams’ GWlive case management system.

Berkeley James’ brokers will be able show customers exactly what the conveyancing process costs and then track the application at every step of the process. The deal includes access to the Goldsmith Williams overseas legal advice department as Berkeley James specialises in investment in foreign property.
